Pumpkin seeds are the edible oval-shaped seeds from the pumpkin fruit. After removing the hard, white husk, the seed is green in color. They are packed with a range of nutrients and are crunchy in texture, so they are commonly consumed as healthy snack.
Our Organic Pumpkin Seeds are grown in the EU. The dark green oval seeds are harvested once a year and they are an excellent source of plant-based protein.
