Cacao beans are the rich, intense flavour base for chocolate manufacture. One of the original superfoods, they’re full of nutrients and contain more antioxidants than red wine and green tea. Originating from the tropical climates in South America, the Theobroma cacao tree is sacred amongst the Mayans and Aztecs. Organically harvested by hand as pods, our raw beans are cleaned in natural water and selected for the finest quality.
