We start with high quality cacao beans, grown in optimal soil conditions and fermented to enhance their rich, intense flavour. To maintain the depth of nutrients, harvesting is by hand and processing is kept to the bare minimum – the natural cacao butter is simply removed and the remaining cacao delicately dried and finely ground to a rich powder.
